From 2012 through 2020, Ally worked alongside The Wright team to plan and execute a yearly summit. Over the years, we strategically grew from only Colorado-focused entrepreneurs and companies to encompass the entire Mountain West. Attendees gathered from Colorado, Utah, Montana, and Wyoming each year.

As a multi-day event, The Wright hosted hundreds of participants for panel discussions related to community growth and soulful business practices. Keynote speakers included the former Governor of Colorado. Happy hours and company spotlights followed, culminating in a final celebratory award night, where one company was chosen to receive The Wright.

The lead-up to the summit and the days spent with attendees were carefully curated to ensure the story and advancement of Mountain West communities, and entrepreneurs were central.

Through digital marketing, relationship cultivation, panel curation, and the award show, we produced an experience that was inspiring, fun, collaborative, and embodied the grit and adventure of the Mountain West. Our yearly post impressions and audiences reached well over 15,000.
